Questo caso dimostra come sia possibile portare a termine un carico immediato post-estrattivo, in presenza di ampia osteotomia, dove la gestione ad esempio di una procedura totalmente guidata sarebbe stata estremamente complessa, in maniera del tutto digitale e con un risultato predicibile e una riduzione sensibile dei tempi di carico.
Hybrid and fully-etched surface implants in periodontally healthy patients: A comparative retrospective study on marginal bone loss
The aim of this study was to compare the survival rate of and marginal bone loss (MBL) around 2 types of implants with the same design, but with different surfaces: fully “sandblasted and double-etched” (SDE) implants and hybrid (H) implants, with an apical SDE-surface and a coro- nal machined-surface.
